You will act as a crucial point of coordination for the Executive Director, facilitating high-priority initiatives and ensuring efficient operations across the division. Strong judgment and clear communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee executive operations, adjusting priorities as needed
• Draft and refine documents supporting informed decisions
• Coordinate communication and action requests
• Manage financial activities including budgeting and expenditures
• Ensure compliance in contract administration processes
Requirements:
• High school diploma is necessary
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Experience with government financial systems advantageous
• Background in supporting senior executives desired
• Familiarity with the Access to Information Act preferred
