In this Administrative Support 5 position, you will contribute to the Tax and Revenue Administration's mission by managing inquiries and coordinating legal documentation.
Your role requires strong multitasking capabilities and attention to detail to thrive in a busy environment. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize account information handling and assist in sensitive legal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries from clients and debtors
• Coordinate legal documentation for actions
• Review account information with client ministries
• Assist with Bankruptcy and Consumer Proposals
• Process revenue accurately and timely
Requirements:
• High School Diploma with 3 years' relevant experience
• Knowledge of Alberta Rules of Court and civil procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• APPRES Certification is an asset
