We are looking for an experienced Receptionist with 1-2 years in a similar role to support our managed services. You will greet visitors, handle calls, manage meeting schedules, and maintain the reception area’s professional image. Your strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office will be crucial in fostering business relationships and ensuring operational efficiency.

• Issue visitor badges and assist arrivals

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

• 1-2 years in a receptionist or switchboard role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to lift and push objects up to 30 lbs
