Join MaKami College as a Front Desk Administrator in Calgary or Edmonton. Foster exceptional customer experiences while supporting students and staff with outstanding service.
As the initial point of contact, you will meet and greet all visitors, guiding them throughout the college campus. You will manage phone inquiries, handle mail distribution, and perform essential administrative duties to assist the Student Success Centre. Your organizational skills and detail-oriented nature will help optimize operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome students, instructors, and clients to the college
• Answer multi-line phone system and redirect calls
• Organize and route incoming mail and faxes
• Assist in scheduling client appointments for the clinic
• Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
• Background in customer service principles
• Experience with computer software, including MS Word and Outlook
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and good typing skills
