We're looking for a dependable and positive individual to assist our Service Manager and contribute to our service team's success. Strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and experience in customer service and administration are essential. Key Responsibilities:

• Document incoming service requests promptly

• Schedule Technicians with the Service Manager

• Upload data and maintain hard copy records

• Secure pertinent information before billing

• Manage customer invoicing and credit card payments

Requirements:

• Customer service and administrative experience required

• Proficient in Google applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)

• SAP experience preferred, but not required

• Excellent communication and organization skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
