Heidelberg Materials, a leading supplier in building materials, seeks an Executive Office Supervisor to assist with varied executive-level tasks. You’ll support the VP with scheduling, travel coordination, expense reports, and managing communications. Previous experience in a corporate executive assistance role is required, alongside strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the VP for meetings and calls
• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage calendars
• Prepare expense reports and analyze financial documents
• Schedule internal and external meetings effectively
• Oversee office operations, including receptionist functions
Requirements:
• Post-secondary administrative training
• 4-5 years of executive administrative experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Strong financial report preparation skills
• Excellent communication abilities across all levels
