Join Tranter-LHE Group as an Office Administrator in Edmonton, AB, where you'll be the linchpin in providing essential administrative support. Deliver excellent receptionist duties and manage office functions efficiently.
In this role, you will directly support the Service Operations Manager and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for visitors. You will coordinate office tasks that comply with policies for health, safety, and security. Strong organizational skills and experience with Microsoft Office are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth operation of office administrative tasks
• Provide high-level support for management and sales
• Maintain compliance with HSE policies and security procedures
• Organize electronic filing systems proficiently
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years in office administration or similar roles
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Lean or six sigma experience is a plus
