In this position, you'll support daily sales activities, process packing slips, and track orders. You'll also back up the office administrator with tasks like managing vendor bills, issuing customer invoices, and ensuring accurate records in our ERP and accounting systems. Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Excel are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process packing slips and track open orders
• Issue accurate customer invoices and maintain records
• Match vendor bills to purchase orders and slips
• Communicate with vendors and customers as needed
• Provide general office support to the sales team
Requirements:
• 0-2 years of office or admin experience
• Strong attention to detail and Excel skills
• Reliable and organized with a willingness to learn
• Post-secondary education in business or accounting is an asset
• Ability to ask questions and solve problems
