In this full-time, on-site position, you will oversee permit application processes for residential projects, including preparing and submitting documentation, tracking approvals, and coordinating with inspectors and municipal authorities. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as you will update teams and clients on permit statuses, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with local building regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of permit applications for residential construction

Requirements:
