Location: High Prairie
Become the frontline support for community health as an Administrative Support III in High Prairie, Alberta.
Your role involves client reception, appointment management, and crucial health record maintenance.
This position, reporting to the North Zone Area Manager, requires you to manage reception duties, assist community health clients, and operate the switchboard. Familiarity with Connect Care is essential for booking and maintaining health records. Additionally, you'll provide clerical support for diverse Public Health Centre programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform reception, registration, and appointment bookings
• Operate the switchboard and assist community health clients
• Update health records in Connect Care efficiently
• Process documentation to maintain health record integrity
• Support various Public Health Centre services and programs
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Certificate or diploma in Office Administration
• Minimum one year of office experience
• Strong typing and Microsoft Office skills
• Proficiency in Connect Care and office software
Utilize your administrative skills to enhance community health services in High Prairie.
