Become an integral part of BELFOR’s Project Management team as a detail-oriented Project Coordinator Assistant. Help ensure smooth project operations through effective organization and communication.
In this position, you’ll support the whole project cycle by managing documentation and tracking project progress. Collaborating with clients and vendors will be essential as you maintain organized records and draft necessary correspondence.
Your role significantly impacts the efficiency of restoration projects in various environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Project Managers throughout all project phases
• Prepare project documents like budgets and reports
• Ensure consistent communication with all parties involved
• Track project timelines and updates diligently
• Assist with invoicing and maintaining compliance
Requirements:
• Previous experience in project coordination or office administration
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
