Working under the Regional Controller, you will perform critical tasks for month-end processing, invoicing, and data management for Royal Camp Services and its First Nations partners.
Your role will demand excellent Excel capabilities and a strong focus on detail to manage the high volume of data entry efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and process AR invoices diligently
• Review and design customer invoicing requirements
• Track food costing and assist with GFS statement reconciliations
• Conduct intercompany invoicing and credit note adjustments
• Upload documents into various invoicing platforms
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in an administrative capacity with accounting knowledge
• Advanced Excel and precise data entry skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• High detail orientation and time management
• Experience with Sage 300 is advantageous
