Contribute to the smooth operation of the Operating Room at West View Health Centre as an Administrative Support IV. This position requires advanced administrative skills to effectively manage scheduling, payroll, and clerical duties.

In the role of Administrative Support IV, you will enhance daily operations by ensuring efficient communication and staffing. Your experience in patient scheduling and payroll management will directly impact both staff and patient experiences. You will collaborate with the physician support teams, effectively managing the Operating Room slate and facilitating patient registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staff and patient scheduling for procedures

• Handle payroll duties and maintain scheduling records

• Facilitate recruitment and interview processes

• Communicate scheduling updates to team members

• Provide diverse clerical support for the department

Requirements:

• Some post-secondary education

• Certified Unit Clerk or Medical Office Assistant program

• 2 years’ experience with payroll and scheduling software

• Knowledge of Operating Room management

• Proficient in RMS and Outlook
