As a Graduate Program Coordinator, you will report to the Manager of Research Training Programs. Your responsibilities include using institutional data for decision-making and program planning. You will ensure effective program delivery and maintain data tracking, reporting, and analysis related to student progression and enrollment metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate admissions and funding processes across graduate programs
• Analyze program performance through data tracking and reporting
• Develop and maintain resources and tools for program operations
• Provide guidance on Faculty requirements for admissions
• Support system updates for improved operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Experience in program coordination or administration
• Strong analytical skills using institutional data
• Understanding of enrollment and student progress processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in-person at North Campus Edmonton
