As a valuable team member in the Division of Parks and Recreation, you will be responsible for performing tasks such as computing and classifying numerical data, preparing purchase requisitions, and filing important documents. Good computer skills in Word and Excel are essential, along with a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compute, classify, and record numerical data accurately

• Reconcile accounts and maintain complete financial records

• Prepare purchase requisitions and assist in document filing

• Perform timekeeping duties and related clerical tasks

• Ensure compliance with New Jersey Civil Service requirements

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
