Your Opportunity:
Under the supervision of the Lead – Supply Chain, the Administrative Support III provides comprehensive clerical and administrative support to various CPSM (Contracting, Procurement & Supply Management) areas. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to monitoring and documenting third party purchases, maintaining numerous price lists in Oracle and Excel (including troubleshooting in both systems), customer and warehouse follow-up, coordination between various internal and external groups, and group email triage.
The Admin III also creates and maintains a variety of complex tracking systems in Excel and Microsoft Lists, coordinates alternate item lists for supply disruptions, assists with contract and product conversions, and generates reports to support decision-making and operational planning.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Required Qualifications:
Must have excellent working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Power Platform. Testing will be done prior to interview.
Accurate typing speed of 40 wpm required.
Strong computer skills required.
Demonstrated proficiency in the English language, both written and oral required.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as there is a high degree of interaction with customers and a variety of disciplines at all levels of the organization.
Ability to function effectively in a highly dynamic environment, including working under pressure, adapting and responding to changing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years healthcare experience is preferred.
Lab terminology would be considered an asset.
