Reporting to the Executive Director of Learning and Engagement, the Executive Assistant position involves critical tasks that support efficient operations within the team. You will handle calendar coordination, prepare meetings, and implement financial tracking systems to streamline processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and ready to contribute toward APS goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and align executive schedules effectively
• Organize meetings and maintain up-to-date briefing materials
• Manage logistics, finances, and records diligently
• Assist executives and staff with relevant queries
• Navigate decisions based on APS priorities
Requirements:
• High school diploma with four years relevant experience
• Strong understanding of public sector finance
• Experience supporting executive or senior leadership
• Excellent communication and initiative-taking abilities
• Proven organizational skills in fast-paced environments
