Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate complaint intake and tracking processes
• Facilitate communication with registrants and legal counsel

• Support hearings administration and conduct management

Requirements:
• High school diploma required, post-secondary education preferred
• Minimum one year of administrative experience
• Experience in healthcare or regulatory environments is an asset

• Strong communication skills in English
