Coordinate orders, paperwork, and shipping as a Temporary Office Coordinator with Marmon/Keystone Canada Inc. Microsoft Office proficiency and accuracy are central.
This Temporary Office Coordinator position supports order processing and warehouse coordination within Marmon/Keystone Canada Inc. Review paperwork, prioritize orders, verify shipment information, and receive mill orders into the system. The schedule runs Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:- Review orders and process associated paperwork
- Print orders and arrange shipping or pickup
- Prioritize and expedite orders as needed
- Verify shipment details, quantities, tags, and job information
- Receive mill orders into the system
- Experience in a similar function preferred
- High attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
