Office Administrator Budget Controls

Office administrators with budget-control and administrative-procedure skills will work on site in an estimating setting. English is required for this position.

This Office Administrator role requires one year to less than two years of experience. You will oversee office procedures, manage priorities, and support accounting and truck-trailer repair activities. The position also involves software training, reporting, and records-related requests under government access and privacy legislation.

• Implement, review, and evaluate administrative procedures
• Establish priorities, procedures, and deadline controls
• Assist operating budgets and maintain inventory controls
• Prepare reports, manuals, correspondence, and entered data
• Train staff on procedures and current software

• Secondary school graduation certificate
• One year to less than two years of experience
• Knowledge of accounting and inventory control software
• Experience with MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word
• Ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines
