Fountain Tire St. Albert, an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a responsible, safe, and dedicated associate to join our team as a Tire Service Foreman!

Providing guidance and expertise to other tire service associates to ensure proper and safe work procedures are being completed and adhered toYou will coordinate work assignments, provide feedback, and escalate issues to supervisor for remedy.Something different! You never know what kind of vehicle or tire you may be required to work onYou could be inspecting, installing, balancing, rotating, and/or repairing truck, farm, industrial and/or OTR tiresAmazing customers to impress with your professional and friendly customer serviceThis position will oversee and dispatch service trucksEnsuring associates are conducting themselves in a safe and professional mannerFollowing Fountain Tire safety policies and guidelinesPride in the work you've done keeping your customers safe and on the road!Potential to move to into a Sales/Management role in the future for the right person, advancement is not limitedWhat does it take to get on track?
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of previous experience as a Tire TechnicianA working knowledge of passenger and light truck tires, specialty tire services and wheels is requiredA customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customersA keen attention to detailAbility to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s AbstractBasic computer skillsAbility to consistently lift 25 kilogramsAt Fountain Tire, you’d have a great place to work!
