In your role as Lot Assistant at OPENLANE, you will assist in the vital task of auction-ready vehicle preparation. With a passion for customer service and an eye for detail, you will keep the lot organized and assist customers and internal teams. Adaptability and safety are paramount as you work with various vehicles and manage them in an outdoor setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles, ensuring they are functional and ready

• Record all services for accurate billing reports

• Stage vehicles for transport and reconditioning

• Document vehicles with photographs after service

• Support customers in locating their vehicles

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

•

Required:

Valid Class 5 Drivers’ license

• Basic computer skills necessary

• Experience outdoors in all weather

• Strong communication and customer service skills
