In this pivotal role, you will leverage your automotive and tire management expertise while contributing to Fountain Tire’s growth. Your responsibilities include managing front counter interactions, assisting with budgeting, and ensuring top-notch customer service. You will also oversee the recruitment and development of associates to foster a productive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional front counter customer service and sales
• Recommend vehicle service and manage customer authorizations
• Assist in budget completion, forecasting, and tracking
• Supervise and motivate associates for optimal performance
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of automotive industry experience
• High school diploma and relevant post-secondary education preferred
• Proven leadership and people management experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
