In this role, you will handle calls and online queries from dealership personnel, diagnosing automotive issues with precision and care. Your technical acumen, combined with bilingual communication skills, will be key in resolving inquiries and providing a top-notch customer experience across Canada and the US.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive calls from dealership mechanics and service managers
• Diagnose automotive issues through skilled analysis
• Manage communication with dealerships throughout Canada and the US
• Keep accurate records and update case files
• Follow up on inquiries to ensure resolution
Requirements:
• Class A Automotive License (310s - Red Seal)
• 5 years hands-on automotive repair experience
• Effective communication skills in English and French
• Strong technical and diagnostic abilities
• Valid Driver’s License necessary
