As an Automotive Parts Associate, you will be part of a diverse team in a fast-paced store. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone
• Source and order automotive parts from authorized suppliers
• Process returns, warranties, and other customer requests
• Test batteries, starters, and alternators as needed
• Ensure efficient execution of retail tasks and compliance
Requirements:
• No experience required; training is provided
• Passionate about automotive services
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
• Strong computer skills for parts management
• Capable of handling physical tasks in a fast-paced setting
