This role requires an experienced Service Advisor who will play a vital part in our service team. You will handle customer appointments, manage repair orders, and communicate clearly regarding maintenance and repair needs. Your expertise is critical to providing accurate estimates while collaborating with technicians and departments for efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers from arrival to vehicle delivery
• Schedule appointments and manage repair orders effectively
• Communicate repair recommendations professionally
• Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and warranty work
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of Service Advisor experience
• Strong understanding of automotive processes
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory abstract
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask
