In this full-time position, you will become a key member of a high-performing service team. With 1-3 years of experience, your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing repair orders, and preparing estimates for repairs and maintenance. You'll work closely with technicians and the parts department while maintaining strong communication with customers to address their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional service from check-in to vehicle delivery
• Manage customer appointments and repair orders
• Prepare accurate repair and warranty estimates
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds to document customer concerns
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of Service Advisor experience
• Strong understanding of automotive repair processes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory abstract
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
