• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction on a customer’s vehicle
• Perform accurate and efficient repairs
• Complete approved service on customer vehicles
• Test and adjust vehicle systems to manufacturer’s performance specifications
• Perform scheduled maintenance such as oil changes, lubrications, and tune‑ups
• Advise customers and associates on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirements
• Maintain mechanical service equipment on a regular schedule
• Operate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
• Support customer relationships by responding to inquiries

• Licensed/Red Seal status in the Automotive Service Technician trade
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry and skills required to provide mechanical service to customers
• Diagnostic specialist who enjoys keeping up with modern technology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to providing a superior customer experience
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driver’s abstract from province of residence annually
