Wood Automotive Group, a leader in Alberta's automotive industry for over 40 years, is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator. This role requires a solid understanding of collision repair processes, along with strong communication skills. You will be responsible for serving as the primary contact for customers throughout the repair cycle while managing estimates and follow-ups efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers

• Provide high quality customer service throughout service process

• Deliver accurate collision estimates and follow up on repairs

• Write necessary supplements for vehicles in repairs

• Ensure competitive pricing on collision repair estimates

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years writing collision repair estimates

• Valid AB driver’s license with a clean abstract

• Excellent communication skills with clients

• Strong time management abilities and deadline focus

• Familiarity with Mitchell estimating and Audatex
