The Body Shop Estimator must have the experience necessary to provide our customers with optimal service.
Core Accountabilities
Analyze Collision repair damageAssess structural components of a vehicleAdhering to and applying insurance guidelinesWorking with Body Technicians through the dismantle processProvide accurate pricing and quotes for all vehiclesMaintain communication with customers and be available to answer questions throughout the repair processEffectively manage multiple repairs simultaneouslyImplement an effective quality check process by inspecting repaired vehicles and ensuring the repair is up to standard.Compensation Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year total earnings. This role's compensation consists of a base salary and commission plan.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or automotive positionExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to work in a team and independently.Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities.Valid Ontario G Driver's License.Must have experience with Mitchell or AudatexPersonal Attributes
