In this essential position, you will perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on automobiles and light trucks for the Division’s fleet. Your skills in diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues will directly impact vehicle performance and safety. Collaboration with various teams will ensure seamless project execution and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate maintenance records for all vehicles

• Repair braking systems, lights, and various vehicle components

• Conduct on-site inspections and diagnostics

• Collaborate in the development of maintenance programs

• Teach equipment operation basics to staff

Requirements:

• Current Journeyman Automotive Service Technician certification

• Extensive experience with automotive systems and small engines

• Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities

• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract

• Knowledge of OHS, WHMIS regulations, and procedures
