Kal Tire is seeking motivated individuals to join their mechanical team as a 4th Year Apprentice. This role is designed for those who have a passion for automotive service and mechanics. You will perform vehicle repairs and maintenance while receiving guidance from seasoned technicians, ensuring a hands-on learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute a variety of mechanical services, including diagnostics
• Coach and mentor apprentices for skill development
• Work collaboratively on multiple vehicle types
• Partner with Sales to identify mechanical opportunities
• Adhere to safety and quality standards in service delivery
Requirements:
• Licensed Automotive Service Technician (Red Seal preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience is a must
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Experienced in mechanical inspections and repairs
• Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills
