As a Used Vehicle Service Technician at Gateway Toyota, you will play a crucial role in the service department, responsible for inspecting and repairing trade-ins to guarantee their safety and reliability. Your strong interpersonal skills will be essential in communicating repair needs directly with our Internal Advisors, enhancing the overall customer experience while performing technical repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections and routine maintenance on used vehicles
• Diagnose problems and conduct necessary vehicle repairs
• Review vehicles for further safety or service work
• Communicate effectively with Internal Advisor on repairs
• Conduct safety assessments and road tests
Requirements:
• Valid Automotive Service Technician Qualification
• Toyota Master/Pro Tech Certification is advantageous
• Exceptional technical/mechanical skills required
• Clean driving record with a valid Driver’s License
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
