Craftsman Collision seeks a Parts Coordinator for its Edmonton location. You will manage parts activities, maintain organized work areas, and support shop operations. The position requires customer service, dashboard prioritization, and accurate invoice administration using Craftsman Management System.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and mirror match parts against repair plans
- Complete parts returns before closing files
- Organize parts carts, staging areas, and parts room
- Enter invoices and confirm margins using company systems
- Deliver parts and participate in production meetings
- One year of related experience in team-oriented environments
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Time management, problem solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Outlook proficiency and willingness to learn applications
- Valid Class 5 licence and clean three-year driver's abstract
