We’re looking for an experienced Power Distribution Product Manager to join a leading provider of temporary power and temperature control systems.

Our client supports utility and industrial sites with power and temperature control systems. The role involves direct technical engagement with engineers and operators to design, scope, and deliver equipment rental solutions under tight timelines. Power Distribution Product Manager responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and execution of the North American power distribution product strategy
  • Define and manage product positioning, branding, marketing, and pricing strategies
  • Partner with sales and operations to increase market share and revenue
  • Support technical improvements and innovation across equipment offerings
  • Conduct market studies and analyze competitive landscape
  • Drive product applications and training development for internal teams
  • Monitor fleet performance and contribute to fleet planning and capital strategy
  • Collaborate across departments to align execution with business objectives
  • Present to stakeholders and communicate progress on strategy regularly
  • The successful candidate has:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in the power distribution or related industrial sector
  • Experience in both technical and sales roles
  • Strong project management skills and a strategic mindset
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Proven track record in pricing strategy, market analysis, and business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A degree in business, engineering, or a related field
