Location: LeducWe’re looking for an experienced Power Distribution Product Manager to join a leading provider of temporary power and temperature control systems.
Our client supports utility and industrial sites with power and temperature control systems. The role involves direct technical engagement with engineers and operators to design, scope, and deliver equipment rental solutions under tight timelines. Power Distribution Product Manager responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and execution of the North American power distribution product strategyDefine and manage product positioning, branding, marketing, and pricing strategiesPartner with sales and operations to increase market share and revenueSupport technical improvements and innovation across equipment offeringsConduct market studies and analyze competitive landscapeDrive product applications and training development for internal teamsMonitor fleet performance and contribute to fleet planning and capital strategyCollaborate across departments to align execution with business objectivesPresent to stakeholders and communicate progress on strategy regularlyThe successful candidate has:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field10+ years of experience in the power distribution or related industrial sectorExperience in both technical and sales rolesStrong project management skills and a strategic mindsetAbility to lead cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partnersProven track record in pricing strategy, market analysis, and business developmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA degree in business, engineering, or a related fieldCompensation and Benefits:Salary range competitive, depending on experienceInternal growth opportunities and long-term career developmentComprehensive benefits packageCandidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
