Job Functions:
Assist in developing and executing the GTM strategy and plan for assigned products and solutions.
Support the creation and implementation of product marketing plans, customer segmentation, and target planning.
Help define value propositions and support customer activation, onboarding, and success processes.
Monitor market share, revenue, and GP for assigned products.
Assist in arranging and carrying out product training programs.
Provide support to the sales organization with product knowledge and application guidance.
Facilitate discussions across the business to support product line sales.
Help manage relationships with suppliers and support existing partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product growth.
Assist in the development and maintenance of product documentation and training materials.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4-5+ years’ experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
Background in Mining Engineering or significant mining operations experience is required.
Knowledge of heavy equipment, construction, mining, or power systems is an asset.
Experience with marketing, program management, or change management is a plus.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and support senior product managers.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
