Key Responsibilities:
• Drive economic initiatives, including investment strategy development
• Support negotiation for major projects and partnerships
• Develop financial models for informed decision-making
• Engage in client relations and business development
• Coach and mentor team members in their professional growth
Requirements:
• 7+ years in senior Indigenous economic development roles
• Relevant degree in Business, Law, or Finance
• Proven project management experience
• Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities
• Financial acumen through certifications (CBV, CPA, CFA) is preferred
