This permanent Senior Business Analyst position links frontline users, business leaders, and technical teams. You will elicit needs, define requirements, guide solution design, and support successful adoption. The work connects operational priorities with measurable organizational value.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering for complex business technology initiatives
Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and stakeholder discussions
Develop solution concepts, process maps, and workflow documentation
Align solutions with operational needs and organizational standards
Support testing, deployment, training, and change management activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related discipline
Minimum four years of business analysis experience
Experience supporting solution delivery or digital transformation initiatives
Experience managing requirements for complex stakeholders and projects
Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and SDLC principles
Apply business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery expertise to EPCOR’s digital transformation work in Edmonton.
