Position: Project Analysis Administrator at Johnson Controls

Elevate project execution at Johnson Controls as a Project Analysis Administrator, focusing on data integrity and ERP administration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project performance through effective reporting.

In this pivotal role, you will support the Project Analysis department by handling cost analysis, reporting, and project setup activities within ERP systems like SAP. Working closely with project managers, finance, and operations, you will ensure accurate project data and streamline project controls from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain project and operational reports

• Create project structures and maintain data in SAP

• Coordinate audit requests and validate documentation

• Support project managers with cost reviews and forecasting

• Identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business, Accounting, or related field

• Minimum 1 year of project administration experience

• Familiarity with project controls and financial analysis

• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems

• Strong skills in data analysis and reporting
