Shape ATB payment products through research, data analytics, and roadmap ownership in a hybrid arrangement averaging one onsite day weekly. Focus on client needs and measurable outcomes.
As Product Manager within ATB’s Money Movement Team, you will manage products including Interac e-Transfers and Real Time Rail. You will guide discovery, delivery, launch, iteration, and sun setting. The work combines product strategy, client experience, performance analysis, and payments modernization. Collaboration spans internal stakeholders, industry partners, vendors, service providers, and regulators.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap development
- Analyze metrics and define key performance indicators
- Deliver feasible, viable, desirable client experiences
- Break large goals into tactical value delivery steps
- Drive modernization aligned with Payments Canada releases
- Two to three years of direct product management experience
- End-to-end product lifecycle ownership experience
- Solid background managing payment products
- Working knowledge of payment networks and scheme standards
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical industry experience
