Support environmental services projects with project management, risk awareness, and quality coordination at RJ Mac Lean Energy Services.
As a Project Coordinator, you assist Project Managers from estimating through delivery. Your work includes document control, vendor relationships, resource management, schedules, budgets, and project methodologies. The hybrid position includes office and on-site work as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with project methodologies, budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Monitor working hours, plans, expenditures, and project resources
- Support problem solving with Project Managers
- Liaise with clients to define requirements, scope, and objectives
- Compile project lessons learned for review and evaluation
- Three or more years of project coordination or similar experience
- Experience managing projects from conception to delivery
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Experience with project management and scheduling software
- CAPM or PMP certification considered an asset
