We are seeking a Projects Manager in the multi‑family residential construction industry. This role offers career growth opportunities, exposure to new construction methods, and involvement in unique community‑focused projects. With strong support from senior management, you will play a critical role in project execution and contribute innovative ideas throughout the construction process.

• Collaborate with the Director, Construction Projects, Project Coordinator, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety compliance.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of construction methodologies and design.
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues efficiently to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Plan ahead to proactively address potential challenges and coordinate project phases.

• Lead by example in health, safety, and environmental protection on‑site.
• Maintain open communication with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Ensure all site activities align with project goals and company standards.
• Manage conflict professionally, addressing challenges in a constructive and solution‑focused manner.

• Maintain adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
• Ensure work meets or exceeds quality standards through proactive oversight and inspections.
• Support the team in reviewing construction drawings, submittals, and specifications.

• A background in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in the construction industry, preferably in Alberta.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and best practices.
• Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and regulations; a valid first aid ticket is an asset.
• Ability to anticipate constructability issues in complex situations and create solutions.
• Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills.
