- Education:

- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Tasks
- Load, unload and transport construction materials
- Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position or place equipment and materials
- Perform pre-operational inspection
- Clean and lubricate cranes
- Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
- Level earth to fine grade specifications
- Assist in demolishing buildings
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
- Direct traffic at or near construction sites Personal suitability
