THE ROLE
An established mid-sized architectural and design firm is seeking an experienced Construction Contract Administrator to join their dynamic team. The role involves leading and managing projects across multi-family residential, mixed-use, commercial, and institutional sectors while ensuring technical excellence and contractual compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the North American architectural industry, with experience at senior level as a Construction Contract Administrator on moderately complex projects.
Educational/professional background as an Architectural Technologist, Bachelor of Architecture, or PMP credential.
Able to bring knowledge of CA processes, and standards and expertise to a firm to help further develop their CA delivery
Strong understanding of building codes, building science, and construction best practices.
Proficient in Revit; experience with contract administration software is an asset.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Valid G driver’s license, able to travel at least bi-weekly to other parts of the province, some overnight stay may be required
