Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed estimates for residential renovation tasks

• Analyze drawings and specifications for accuracy

• Conduct quantity takeoffs and cost breakdowns as required

• Solicit and assess pricing from suppliers and subcontractors

• Work alongside leadership to align project scopes and budgets

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of relevant estimating experience

• Strong proficiency in verbal and written communication

• Minimum 5 years experience within Canada’s renovation context
