CANA Construction is seeking an M&E Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations under the Project Manager's and/or Superintendent's guidance. Your expertise will ensure efficient administration of contracts and subcontracts. Ideal candidates should have a background in engineering, controls, or trades, and demonstrate excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and power systems
• Administer contracts and subcontracts efficiently
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent
• Maintain detailed documentation and organizational practices
• Utilize strong computer skills to enhance project management
Requirements:
• Completed BSc in Civil Engineering or related field
• Electronics Engineering Technology Diploma or Journeyman certification
• Construction experience is advantageous
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable transportation for site visits as needed
