Our client is hiring a Sales/Estimator with a keen eye for assessing residential properties. You will investigate foundation, drainage, and waterproofing concerns while managing relationships with clients and coordinating projects. Your expertise will ensure the proposed solutions are practical and aligned with operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess residential properties for foundation and drainage issues
• Diagnose water intrusion and structural movement problems
• Prepare detailed estimates considering labor and materials
• Ensure proposals align with project requirements and operational capabilities
• Maintain client communication throughout the project
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in foundation repair or drainage correction
• Strong understanding of water intrusion and foundation systems
• Ability to diagnose and recommend solutions confidently
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
