The Superintendent plays a crucial role in the construction process, overseeing project management in Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario. The ideal candidate boasts at least 10 years of experience in construction site management and is adept at handling subcontractors, safety protocols, and effective communication. This is a rotating travel position requiring a schedule of 10 days on followed by 4 days off.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all project activities and site operations
• Enforce safety protocols for a secure work environment
• Coordinate subcontractors and on-site personnel
• Lead site meetings and resolve conflicts promptly
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of site management experience
• Skilled Trade Certification preferred
• Willingness to travel within Canada and potentially the US
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
