Finishing Superintendent

In this supervisory role, you will report to the Director of Construction, overseeing daily work for trades and suppliers. You will also manage outstanding deficiencies post-possession to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily workflows and trade schedules

• Ensure site plans are updated and accurate

• Complete construction detailing tasks pre-turnover

• Conduct safety inspections and promote safe work practices

• Manage outstanding deficiencies during the first 30 days

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of supervisory finishing experience

• Knowledge of building codes and construction techniques

• Valid driver’s license with vehicle access

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
