Commercial Project Manager

Manage commercial projects in Edmonton and Calgary as a Project Manager. Drive project success from planning to completion while ensuring safety, budget adherence, and timely delivery.

Reporting to the VP of Construction, you will oversee project execution in the commercial and retail petroleum sectors. This role demands proven experience managing large projects, ranging from $3 million to $20 million, while implementing safety procedures effectively. You'll engage directly with owners and contractors, ensuring profitable outcomes and quality control throughout all stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of commercial projects

• Manage daily operations and construction schedules

• Prepare accurate forecasts and job cost reports

• Substantiate budget estimates, contracts, and change orders

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial petroleum construction

• Proven project management of multi-million dollar projects

• Relevant post-secondary education

• Strong safety procedure knowledge

• Ability to lead meetings and drive accountability
